Tours will travel east on Highway 20 along the Skagit River, then to the North Cascades National Park Visitor Center in Newhalem. Returning to the viewing sites along the river to Howard Miller Steelhead County Park & the Skagit River Bald Eagle Interpretive Center in Rockport. (Reservations are preference but not required) Reservation Seat Prices - $13.00 for Students/Seniors & $15.00 for Adults. **Any remaining seats will be available 10 minutes prior to departure on a first come, first serve basis at $15.00 and $17.00 To buy Student tickets & Adult tickets at the same time:
Secure your reservation, one-half hour prior to departure by finding the festival volunteer right outside the Concrete Middle School’s main entrance. The middle school is immediately adjacent to the school district complex main parking lot which is the festival’s primary venue. It is important to dress for the weather conditions! Remember to bring your binoculars and/or a camera. Bring a telephoto lens for all photo opportunities. Be aware this trip will be at least 4 hours with possible time for the festival evening schedule upon return. You will return for the Saturday evening entertainment for sure!
